My baby is 5 & a half months old. I recently started with fruit purée for her around 2 weeks back. She was doing ok. Her bowel movements went from once a day to twice a day with the same amount as she used to do once a day.
But since the last 2 days I've noticed she has been urinating less than usual and also today one of her bowel movements was very dry (not in the form of pellets but very dry than normal)
It's also very hot here. Could this mean she is dehydrated? What can I do if she is. How do I proceed to make her feel better
