Dry skin, itching and cracks

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Skin of my fingers is very dry and started developing cracks which are very painful. It will happen not to all fingers but only first two fingers ie thumb and adjacent finger of both hands. For some time it gets heal but after few days again itching starts and getting cracked.
