  4. Dry skin issue. Reappear after 2days.

Dry skin issue
Skin on my chest region and also back region becomes dry and itchy. if I apply flukart (anti fungal cream) it disappears and reappear after 2days. Please advise what kind of skin disease is this and how to cure if and also suggest me a cream, soap and a shampoo. I have attached a screenshot of my chest area, please look into it
