Dry skin at my fingers

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am facing dry skin issue on my fingers. I can not cut vegetables or wash cloths with empty hands, now I have to use gloves otherwise I feel itchy and burning sensation on my fingers, and then the skin gets dry and sometime blood also comes out. I use moisturising cream and sometime coconut oil but it is not helping much. Please suggest me some medicine or cream so that I get rid of this.
