Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to mild infection. Can take
Tab Montek lc once at night after food for one week
Tab emeset 4 mg 3 times a day before food for 3 days
Syrup. Ascoril d plus 5 ml, twice a day after food for 5 days.

if issue persist more than two days, plan for covid RT PCR, cbc, crp and d dimer.
