Dry cough with throat irritation

Hi doctor, 4 days back my mother and sister came out to be Corona positive.my father and me are negative but my father has slight irritation in throat and dry cough as well and no other symptoms for now.i am having mucus discharge frequently and sometimes dry coughing. Could you please suggest about the medication. Thanks
