Dry cough from last 4 days

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Suffering from dry cough from last four days. Took two cough syrup but no changes on it. One i took ascoril and later doctor change it to kofarest dx. Can anyone recommend me some other syrup or tab? Not able to sleep at night because of cough. Had fever as well but now got relief from it.
