Blood clots are internal. Not seen externally. Your fingers are fine and hence the blood supply. So there is no clot blocking the blood flow. If your fingers turn blue/black, tingling (pins and needle pricking sensation) over fingers or pain while moving fingers Only then you need to seek further evaluation in view of blockage in the blood vessels.

It could be thrombophlebitis,if you were cannulated. Thrombosis usually happen at sites where blood is collected or at sites where cannula is inserted. Please give detailed history.
