  4. Doubt about symptoms. Cause for this!

Doubt about symptoms
My limbs muscle are paining and little fever with sweating and persistent sore throat from last 3 weeks I took cbc and hiv combo duo test and it was normal only lymphocytes was 48 % and absolute count of it was 3.5 My last exposure was two years back and that too wearing condom I took test for hiv related test and it was not reactive. What is the cause for this
