My mother experienced lower back pain. Her back pain is gone but she now has severe knee pain. She can only walk if she holds her knee. She cannot lie flat, get into a car, walk, or sleep because of the severe grinding/stabbing pain. MRI showed runners knee, x-ray showed nothing, and orthopedic said she has to work through it. We need answer/ sugg
