ACL reconstruction is done using your own tendons, commonly hamstring. The fixation of this tendon to your bones is done by implants( they may be indian or imported). I will suggest you leave choice to the doctor, which one he prefers go with that, unless you are on tight budget, in that case go for indian, results good with both, depends on who does it.
