What preventive meaures we need to do during periods to get pregnant what to eat what to avoid.. Can i take shatavary kalp on periods.. Plz advise..

Good question. Glad you are aware of menstrual regimen. Avoid things that causes bloating like tur Dal,Rajma,channa etc.Avoid junk food. Eat light nutritious food.Avoid day sleep, late night sleep. You can take the above medicine for 5 days in each cycle

It is not about periods you can follows all things for at least 3 month before wishing for pregnancy for good result. Yes you can take shatavari churna with milk bid. Also take folic acid tab. bid. For healthy baby and increase hb level.
