Unless you are clinically examined , difficult to determine what type of swelling you have in groin. It could be hernia ,soft tissue swelling or an lipoma.
Next Steps
Get your ultrasound scan done and consult with surgeon
When you touch it what does it feel like? Fluid saggy what? From what i see its not looking like hernia but it could be a bigger pathology. Has the swelling changed size since the first time you saw it? Do you take supplements in your workout career? I suggest you take a consultation if you like... I've too many questions here
