I am a 20y/o male and I have had, what I can best describe as pressure on my anus. Especially when sitting down. When standing, walking, running, or laying it feels a lot better. It has been 4 full days now of this. Nothing looks out of the ordinary, down there. And no bleeding or anything. Just the awkward, painful pressure. HELP, I'm worried
