Do food option is better then supplement
Hi Doc My mother is 70+ years old. She living with diabetes, blood pressure, cataract and kidney damage 3 rd stage. Recently she did a blod test and got to know she is anaemic have low testosterone, calcium and B12. Have ATTACHED BLOOD TEST FILE . She is taking lot of medicines anyway due to her condition. She feels low mood as well during night. Do taking supplements is required to cure her deficiency or food options will be enough. If yes then what food option she can take to recover from B12, calcium and iron deficiency. Please help  and suggest...

Your mother is having Diabetes, Hypertension, Cataract and End Stage Renal disease. She should be under the care of a Physician whom she can consult as and when required. All these symptoms and findings are because of her kidney disease.She needs supplements in the form of calcium, iron , erythropoietin etc. For further queries contact nine three seven zero two eight four three seven six.
