Rashes are a sign of allergic reaction. You should stop the tablet causing the reaction and start alternatives. Raised ESR is a non specific sign of inflammation. Needs to be correlated with history and examination findings to pinpoint the exact cause. Raised uric acid can cause inflammation in the body, which, in turn can caused by ESR.
Next Steps
You need a consultation which involves detailed discussion about your history, treatment received so far, before ordering any further investigations.
