Hi 38 m ,75 kg I had bike accident 45 days ago had surgery to thigh muscle for tear and left shoulder bone plate. now I am feeling dizziness and head spin while lying down on bed and wake up from bed after 30 sec all normal , fatigue, vomiting sensation and motion normal stool 6 times from 2 days, now a fever of 99.5 also my operation doc not available plz suggest medicine. while doing physico I am experiencing pain from neck to back of ear

First thing first;
The Hospitals which do such extensive surgery don't depend only on one Orthopaedic Surgeon. If your Operating Doctor is not there then there will be some other Doctors in his unit who will look after his operated cases.
Orthopaedic surgery is a specialized surgery. Most of the Doctors who have no exposure to Orthopaedics will not be able to give anything more than a painkiller.
So please consult with your Hospital. Dizziness and head spin so soon after an accident may have some link with the accident.
