Dizziness and fatigue
Iam 24 years male... Having ulcer amd gerd past 3 months taking medicine ( ezomeparazole and some vitamin tablet)... Always feeling un steady... Something having chest pain..but my ecg,echo, stress test is negative. . Normal bp, normal sugar and normal cholesterol level... Feeling dizziness... Fear about my heart and life... What is the solution sir... What is the causes of dizziness and anxiety

Gastritis and gerd caused u the cardiac symptoms...which was ruled out in u r cardiac evaluation...along with u r medication esomeprazole adding a prokinetic would improve your symptoms

Anxiety is not a disease rather than a disorder of mind. If severe you need to consult psychiatrist and or clinical Psychologist for help. Dizziness feeling can be a part of this but need more history to reach to this conclusion. It is good that you are having chestcpain but your cardiac evaluation is normal. That should decrease your anxiety. Because cheat pain could be due to GERD.
