Short answer first — **YES, it can be taken, but your current dose needs correction**. Let me explain calmly and honestly 👇 --- ## What Divya Mukta Vati actually does Mukta Vati is **not only a BP medicine**. It mainly works on: * **Mind calming (anxiety, overthinking)** * **Vata–Pitta balance** * Mild sedative effect → helps sleep That’s why many people without BP use it for sleep. --- ## Is it safe if you don’t have BP? ✅ **Yes, it is generally safe** ❌ **But 2 tablets at night is NOT advisable** for someone **without hypertension** Why? * It can **lower BP too much** * Can cause: * Morning heaviness * Dizziness * Weakness * Low energy next day Even if you haven’t felt it yet, **long-term use at 2 tablets is not ideal**. --- ## What you should do instead (safe correction) ### ✅ Recommended dose for sleep (no BP problem): * **ONLY 1 tablet at night** * After dinner * With lukewarm water This is enough for calming the mind and helping sleep. --- ## How long can it be taken? * **2–4 weeks safely** * Not meant for **continuous long-term daily use** for sleep alone If sleep issue is chronic, we should **treat the root cause**, not just sedate the mind. --- ## If sleep is still poor with 1 tablet Better (and safer) alternatives than increasing Mukta Vati: ### 🌿 Option 1 (very safe) *****tablet** * 1 tablet at night after food ### 🌿 Option 2 (if acidity / pitta involved) *****Vati** * 1 tablet at night These do **not lower BP**. --- ## IMPORTANT — when to stop Mukta Vati immediately If you feel: * Light-headedness * Palpitations * Excessive sleepiness * Weak pulse or fatigue --- ## Bottom line ✔️ Mukta Vati can be used for sleep ⚠️ **Reduce to 1 tablet at night** ❌ Do not continue 2 tablets long term without BP issue If you want, tell me: * Do you wake up anxious? * Any acidity or palpitations? * How many hours you sleep now? I’ll help you **fix sleep properly, not just knock it out** 🌿 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details

kindly book consultaion.

Namastey Divya mukta vati for long term use for sleeplessness should not be taken without proper prescription since it a medicine not just a mere supplement. Sleep correction is incomplete by just taking medicines or popping up some pills. Sleep correction must be done by first ruling out it’s underlying cause. Only taking medicines will make the body and mind resistant to its effects. Sleep is a resting phase for both mind and the body. If not occurring naturally then there are many ways and therapies other than just medication which can really tackle this issue. Causes of sleeplessness ranges from psychological, habitual, lifestyle related and medicinal. As per Ayurveda perspective it is condition of disoriented VATA and /or PITTA doshas.
Next Steps
You must consult for your proper treatment and care.
Health Tips
You can try YOGA NIDRA before going to sleep, take homemade dinner infused with ghee and milk. Have a sunbath regularly. Try a self foot massage with sesame or mustard oil before going to bed. Thank you

Divya Mukta Vati – Safety & Correct Use (Adults) Is 2 tablets at bedtime safe? 🔸 Usually YES, if: You are taking it for stress, anxiety, palpitations, or disturbed sleep You do not have very low BP You are not pregnant or breastfeeding ⚠️ However, for sleep alone, 2 tablets at once may be excessive for some people. Recommended Dose (Safer) 1 tablet after dinner If needed, 1 tablet at bedtime ➡️ Start with 1 tablet at night, assess for 2–3 days, then increase if required. When it should be avoided or used with caution ❌ Very low blood pressure ❌ Pregnancy / lactation ❌ Excessive daytime sleepiness ❌ Along with strong sedatives or alcohol Possible Side Effects (rare) Excess drowsiness Light-headedness Mild gastric discomfort If any of these occur → stop and reduce dose Better Ayurvedic options purely for sleep (Adults) If sleep is your main concern, these are often gentler and more effective: Tagara (Valerian) capsules Ashwagandha tablets (night dose) Brahmi Vati (low dose) Final Advice 🌿 ✔️ Divya Mukta Vati is safe for adults, but ✔️ Start low (1 tablet) and increase only if needed ✔️ Not required unless stress/anxiety is present If you wish, tell me: Do you have anxiety, BP issues, palpitations, or only poor sleep? Are you on any BP or thyroid medicines? I can fine-tune the safest option for you.

Try some other methods. Foot massage with warm oil every night before going to bed. Drink lukewarm milk at bedtime. Or consult any panchkarma based hospital for shirodhara. Will provide relief. Listen to mild music and turn off the lights before 1 hour of your bedtime. It really helps
