I am 30 yrs old ,i have slip disc l4-5 having pain in right leg , if i go for surgery,after surgery after recovery will i do able to do exercise and play cricket? and will i able to live normal,can i run do jogging is it possible? and did if we do disc surgery then in life again we have to disc surgery...? o

What u described and what u pan for the future are entirely different…. What I mean to say is…. If u have a disc disease than u must look for a pain free movement (should be your primary concern) And whatever u want to do post surgery depends upon how disc has prolapse (a stage in disc) So I must tell u U would need to take the same precautions as u must have been described by the spine surgeon even after surgery

It depends where you go for surgery and facilities available in hospital and treating surgeon's skill.. Answer of all question should be asked by operating surgeon only..
