I am 30 yrs old ,i have slip disc l4-5 having pain in right leg ,
if i go for surgery,after surgery after recovery will i do able to do exercise and play cricket?
and will i able to live normal,can i run do jogging is it possible?
and did if we do disc surgery then in life again we have to disc surgery...?

What u described and what u pan for the future are entirely different….
What I mean to say is….
If u have a disc disease than u must look for a pain free movement (should be your primary concern)
And whatever u want to do post surgery depends upon how disc has prolapse (a stage in disc)
So I must tell u
U would need to take the same precautions as u must have been described by the spine surgeon even after surgery
