Disc bulge L4/L5
My mother is suffering from back pain for past 1 year.she consulted with more than 10 dictors but the pain is not come down. she did some physiotherapy not even the pain has come down. she can't tolerate the pain. kindly suggest me to move further. i have attached the MRI for reference.

MRI is suggestive of mild disc bulge. She might also have undiagnosed osteoporosis, which might contribute to back pain.
