Dirrohea with slight fever

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am having dirrohea for the past 6-7 days.stool test and stool culture was done.No pathogens was found but has pus cells and occult blood. Advised by doc was taking ciplox 500 and orni 500 for 5 says and now shifted to offlox oz for next 5 days. Please suggest whether i am on right track
