Whenever I prefer nuts or any kind of dal products or spicy dishes I feel stomach burning and excretory difficulties.Please provide a good remedy for avoid such difficulties without avoiding such dishes because I would like to have dal products in my diet.

If we take without peel spicy dal and nuts then chances heartburn and in digestion ,so take with peel Dal nuts without spicy.then will be control stomach burning indigestion and passing problem .
