I am a fitness athelete
I lift heavy weights so I eat high protein diet
And I want to how to have good gut health so I can digest heavy meals
Sometimes I had loose stool(not diarrhea) and constipation (sometimes rare)
I just want to know how can I improve my gut health
Should I take probiotic which contains 30billion CFU ?
What should I take so I can improve my gut health ? Because gut health really important for me as a natural athelete

Single line answer to your problem is 'You should rely upon Natural sources of everything first....rather than taking supplements for everything' protein supplements can be taken depending upon ur exercise needs...but again whey proteins n egg proteins....n that too not in excess....talk to a dietician regarding ur calories burnt daily n need of ur body.
Your loose stools are most likely due to excess of proteins (undigested) in ur diet....which can damage ur kidneys also. Keep a check on ur KFTs...
For probiotics there are several natural sources like probiotic curd/butter milk. also Increase fiber content in ur diet.
