I got myself a full-body profile test and after reading it I found my haemoglobin and rbc are less than average so please tell me how to increase them and S. Triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol is more than average so please tell me how to decrease them. Also my thyroid is in control because of medications but if possible can you tell me how to totally cure thyroid, so that I can keep thyroid undercontrol without medications, I have attached my report so plz read it and give me your advice on how can I keep everything under control, thank you

Yes u have to plan ur diet. Eat plenty of vegetables fruits and sprouts in everymeal. Millets are the best substitute for rice and wheat. Low fat milk,buttermilk,are good. Almonds,walnuts,drydates,currants,berries are nutritious. Sesame seeds,flax seeds fried powdered and eat with jaggery.. Avoid nonveg,oily spicyfoods,fast foods,masala. Physical exercises,walking,yoga for two hrs is adviced for fitness.
