Diet to Lose Weight
Hi. I want to lose at least 10 kgs. Considering my weight and age, should I be losing this much weight? Also, whenever I try to maintain a diet or start exercising, I tend to get a lot of hormonal issues, the primary one being delay in periods. Plus, it's not a small delay. It's a month's delay. What should I be doing if I want to lose weight without affecting my menstrual cycle?

At first check ur thyroid level .. thyroid cannot be cured it can be prevented by diet.for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food .
