When you are in good health it reflects on your face. So eat nutritionally rich diet.
Soak 4 almonds, 1 walnut and 2figs, 8 munakka at night, have it first thing in the morning with a cup of milk.
Take whole grains, oats, fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Avoid fried, processed foods.
Do exercise daily. Lead active lifestyle. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily.
