How do I burn my belly fat? Is there a proper diet to be maintained, which are high protein supplements needed in order to work out extra in gym!!! Basically my stamina has to be improved. I have quit smoking, I need to burn excess fat in body n tone my body properly. I am weighing 74.5 kilo and height 5.10.
