Gud evening yes u can have dry fruits but not in excess amounts,u can have a small handful of dry fruits either over night soaked it in normal water n next day morning u can have it like almonds,anjeer etc or else u can add into the milk shakes n have it.
Next Steps

Hii dear, First of all many congratulations to you for being a part of best journey of life that is your Wonderful pregnancy. Yes, you can take 2almonds, 2 walnuts giri, 2 Anjeer 10 raisins every day but they should must be soaked  overnight and taken in morni g time. You can also take 2 cashews,20 peanuts, 5 pista in evening .

Take proper balanced diet according to your recommendation to make your pregnancy more easier and healthier. Include more seasonal fruits and green veg in your diet.Dont take papaya, pineapple, jackfruit,palmfruit,garden read seed, flaxseeds,till in your diet.
