Gud evening yes u can have dry fruits but not in excess amounts,u can have a small handful of dry fruits either over night soaked it in normal water n next day morning u can have it like almonds,anjeer etc or else u can add into the milk shakes n have it.

Yes, you can take 2almonds, 2 walnuts giri, 2 Anjeer 10 raisins every day but they should must be soaked overnight and taken in morni g time. You can also take 2 cashews,20 peanuts, 5 pista in evening .

Include more seasonal fruits and green veg in your diet.Dont take papaya, pineapple, jackfruit,palmfruit,garden read seed, flaxseeds,till in your diet. Also avoid to take pickle and such thing .
