Diet plan.
I am planning to start with this diet Morning : milk(low fat) after that sprouts Lunch : 1 roti sabzi and rice(1cup) and dal After 4-6 hours : 1 fruit Dinner : no rice.. just 1 roti and daal Is this fine? Or should i change anything?
