Hi Yes you can surely take the chapatis from Aashirwad Atta but do see what the ingredients really have is it the whole wheat- I mean what's the percentage of whole wheat present in it. I want to mention the Chakki Ka Aata is always the better option. For diabetes your parents need to follow a low glycemic index and high fibre diet. I would recommend you to meet any expert for the consultation for your parents and know according to their lifestyle and eati ga habits And every individual requirements are different and likes and dislikes are different. So meet any expert and learn it for lifelong....I work online globally if you can't visit then you can have online or telephonic appointment also. I am a diabetic educator also by profession so if you wanna consult with me then you can call or WhatsApp at the number mentioned on my Practo profile... Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
