Hello..... If compared to other biscuits and cookies, yes nutri choice biscuits are fine. Instead of nutri choice digestive biscuits, you can opt for nutri choice diabetic care biscuits. It comes in two variants, Ragi and Oats. As per your weight and height, your BMI is 26- which says you are over weight. So as a nutritionist, I suggest to include natural foods in your diet instead of processed foods. There are so many natural  snacks to include in the diet for diabetics. The calorie content in brown rice and white rice is same but the other nutrient content ( complex carbs-fibre, B vitamins) is high in brown rice. Yes, you can take brown rice in your diet if ur digestive system is adjusted with that food. As ur age is concerned, the digestive system working capacity may be diminished, So please observe with the digestion issues before including anything new to your system. A detailed personal history, maintenance of blood glucose levels, physical activity are required to plan a diet. Hope it's helpful. Thank you.
