My grandfather who is 83 years old has a very imbalanced diet.
He eats lots of biscuits with tea(twice daily) whenever he is hungry.
He doesn't eat vegetables at all except few like brinjal or potato instead have pickles sometimes.
Whenever he eats pickle or drinks tea along with biscuits he finds one - two drops of blood in his stool.
He doesn't have any pain or anyother symptoms.
Whenever he has irregular bowel movements he takes Cremaffin or other medicines.
Can you suggest me a strict diet plan?

Ok since he is aged ,he better take Cooked vegetables .
Buttermilk, warm milk, veg soup ,kanji ,are best for him.
Triphala tab two at bed time with warm water at bedtime is good for easy motions.
No restrictions for him since he is able to eat only restricted food.,by nature.
