Provide me complete information of your height, weight, physical activity, medical history, diet history, veg or non veg. Diabetes cannot be cured it can be prevented by diet so follow three man things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.

Hello, You are diabetic with high blood pressure,high blood sugars,high cholesterol levels.you need a diet rich in complex carbohydrates with moderate protein and high fibre.you should have some modification in your lifestyle to improve your blood sugars and cholesterol levels also.you need active exercise for at least 45min daily.To make your diet plan I need to take a detailed diet history which includes your meal timings your likes dislike,your hunger peak and many more things

Yes ur diabetic taking medicines? Plan ur diet. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits ,greengram sprouts everyday. Substitute rice with millets. Drink enough water 3-4 ltrs a day. Take buttermilk. 2 almonds,one walnut,2 figs daily in the morning. Use gingely gingely oil in ur food. Include two tsf ghee per day. Sleep atleast six hrs at night leisurely. Walk,yoga,exercise for an hour everyday .take ur medicines routinely
