Fever with diarrhoea can be GI infection or it maybe due to covid too. What other symptoms she has?

Avoid hot prepration like tea ,milk ,coffe advised to take banana,apple rice ,curd & plenty of fluid record temp if raised can take Paracetamol 500 mg even after these motion persists consult nearest hospital
