Diarrahea again

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My son is passing 4-5 stools fron last 12 days! I visited doctor, he said to stop milk n prescribes zifi , reflora-r and z&d 200!! Aftem then also the condition is same! There is always different colour stool! Pale, green, mix red! What should i do? He feel soo restless at night!!

What are you feeding your baby? If its formula and bottle feeds, you need to stop them before to see some improvement! As for treatment of diarrhoea, eradication of cause, ORS, zinc and probiotics is the strategy. Persistent diarrhoea beyond 14 days however requires evaluation!
