Diagnose for root cause of Aneamia

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My wife HB level is between 7-9 only even after taking injections of iron and taking iron rich diet since last ten years.she has got white colour eyes and skin is also pale somewhat.her legs pain a lot in nights only.breathless,uneasyness,suddenly fainting for few seconds. pls advice whom to consult for the root cause of aneamia
