Response: Dear Patient, I understand how frustrating it can be to experience persistent symptoms without a clear diagnosis. Based on your medical history and test results, a few possibilities need to be explored: 1. Vitamin Deficiencies (B12 & D3): Low levels of these vitamins can contribute to fatigue, dizziness, and even shortness of breath. Proper supplementation and dietary adjustments are essential. 2. LDL Cholesterol (201): While your CT Angiogram and TMT are normal, high LDL can still contribute to cardiovascular risks in the long run. Lifestyle modifications and possibly medications may be needed. 3. Gastroesophageal Reflux (Acidity): Acid reflux can mimic heart-related symptoms like chest discomfort and breathing issues. A gastroenterology evaluation might help. 4. Anxiety & Stress: Since a psychiatrist has already treated you without improvement, a second opinion might be beneficial to rule out lingering anxiety-related symptoms. 5. Chronic Fatigue or Other Systemic Conditions: Conditions like thyroid disorders, anemia, or even post-viral fatigue need to be ruled out with further investigations. I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to evaluate your case thoroughly and create a personalized treatment plan. You can contact me directly for a consultation on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.

What about your hemoglobin levels? Low hemoglobin can also cause easy fatigue and shortness of breath at your age. Take medicines for low b12 and vit d.

My friend, I would suggest you get a complete blood count done with chest x ray and follow up with it, I suppose you are having muscle aches too..Because of low calcium. I would suggest post your report here most like the problem seems to be nutrition. Start balanced diet with adequate protein and calcium (egg, green veggies) and follow up with reports
