I'm a type 1 diabetic since 5 years and also have hypothyroidism since 2 years.My blood sugars are either very high or very low (300 and 70 respectively).My weight is 76kgs I want to lose weight and I went for gymming.After gymming my blood sugars rise and was 300 before breakfast.Please suggest me which exercises are suitable for me to lose weight.
