Desentry to baby
5 months baby Only breast feed Weight 8.8 kg Baby and me took antibiotic 40 days back ( Amoxicillin to baby, doxycycline to me.  Covid patient visited house. It might be cross infection But within 2 days we both are well) But for baby desentry . Econorm colicald sporolac taxim treatment over After  5 days   desentry again' now given with flagyl & zinconia syrup desentry y not cured yet Earlier it was 3-4 times a day Now 2-3 times Watery, frothy desentry .no fowl smell or blood in stool Baby is extremely  good and active Is it due to lactogen intolerance or anything to be worried. Shall we need to do stool test Please suggest me what to do

You said the baby was having dysentery earlier but I am not sure whether there was actual blood and mucus in stool at that time. You can do a stool routine and microscopy to get more information about the problem. In some patients you can get temporary lactose intolerance for few weeks after a diarrhea episode.  For that you can try giving lactose free formula for a few days and see if there is improvement.
