Dear doctor, I'm not sure if I'm going through depression or anxiety. I often feel nervous. I'm overthinking most of the time. I often get angry fast. I argue with my husband and my siblings. I'm taking most the problems seriously rather than thinking of solving it. My husband and me often have arguments since 2 years of marriage. I'm afraid this arguments will lead to something else. We love each other. Kindly give a good solution for my problem. Thank you.
