My current weight is 47.5 almost, and height is 5 feet 4 inches. but due to extreme stress of weight loss whenever i start eating normal diet it gains a bit. which gives me severe depression and stress and in the end panic attacks and i start strict diet all over again. please help me and suggest me something please!
