I went to doctor 8 month ago and she adviced me to take nexito 5mg for a week and later increased my dosage to nexito 10mg. I took it for a month and stopped taking the medicine after it and I was feeling ok for 3 4 month. Again, problem continued so I stared taking nexito 10 half a tablet at night and I am feeling better again what should I do. When should I stop taking it?

Any medicine should be used for its complete course. If you are prescribed nexito by a doctor u might be suffering from depression and the course for anti depressant is about 8-12months. That is the reason why you had a recurrence of symptoms after 3/4 months.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and take proper treatment. Use the medicines for the prescribed period. Don't stop medicine without doctor's advice.
