I’ve always struggled with depression but never had medication for it. I don’t even know if it is depression. But I get real low and cut a lot and always just think things would be better if I wasn’t here. My dad died not long ago, and I’ve recently broke up with my boyfriend. I’m at uni and I’m always alone and people always argue with me and I get told I’m a broken person. I’m not exactly sad but I’m not happy either. I just don’t really feel anything :/

Hello
the above description could be depressive mood disorder as you just mentioned that you feel like staying alone, low mood and your life situations such as breakup and your father's demise. Try consulting a psychiatrist or a psychologist for its diagnosis and management. Try making friends in Uni, spend time with them, involve yourself in activities you like and meditate. Also try talking to your family members daily over the phone and share your feelings and thoughts.
