I'm unable to focus or study . I woke everyday and think to study but I end up wasting my day on phone and internet. This is happening from past 10 days . I don't even study a single minute . I'm in near depression . What's wrong with me ?

i can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing . It seems there is some stressful situation in your life which is causing inability to focus on your work these days . You can try and make a simple schedule in which you can break down the tasks into smaller tasks and have breaks in between , try and limit your phone time and use it during the assigned break only . You can try and go for regular exercise outside as it will help you clear your mind and relax as well . Reduce at least 3 apps for ist week from your Mobile.. remember phone or mobile is not a problem ..data ,appsand WiFi are actually really plays a role of villian In our life...and if from last 10 days so may be u increased ur mobile timing of ur exams are near by..don't panic ur self and do break study and make daily plan..all T best..thank u
