Depression
I'm having anxiety issues, i go completely numb most of the time. Sometimes i am awake the whole night, and sometimes i sleep for like 15-16 hours continuously in one go. There's just negativity and tensions 24*7. I strongly avoid people, cry a lot without reason. Feels extremely helpless, unable to understand what to do. Please help.

These are all signs of depression and anxiety. We need to evaluate the reason why you are having such symptoms. There are some general guidelines that you can follow and still if it does not help you can book a consult with me or talk to a psychiatrist for some mood stabilizers. I request you to kindly do the following. 1. Make a routine. 2. Follow a good healthy high fiber regimen. 3. Do meditation for at-least 15 mins a day. 4. Remember to keep walking or light jogging in the regimen. 5. Do gardening or keep a pet for now. I know that these sound mundane but they do work. please listen to my podcast as well therusticmystic.hubhopper.com
