Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . Stress can cause all these distressing symptoms and can have a negative impact on the overall health as well. Try and talk to some close family member or friend about this. Engage yourself in various activities which you enjoy or always wanted to try , being busy and distracting yourself can be helpful. Practice deep breathing and meditation as it can help calm the thoughts. You can also try and maintain a diary in which you mention 3 positive events of things of the day . Maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions .
