I understand your concern. Depression should improve with 6-9 months of adequate treatment. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition at present. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.

Hello Depression is treatable. Medicines usually takes around two to three weeks to start exerting effect and you can expect recovery in 1 or 2 months. But treatment needs to be continued for long-term.
