I don't know if I actually have depression or anxiety, but its been really difficult to concentrate on things lately. My grades have suffered drastically. I feel tired, both mentally and physically, all the time. Things that I adored doing seem too hectic. My memory seems to be getting foggy. General things that I had discussed with someone over the course of the past few days/hours, or the directions to my home, or what I study for my exams, it takes a while to recall things like these. Sometimes I can't remember anything at all, even the childhood memories that I used to be able to recall quite easily.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from significant depressive symptoms. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for you. Your thyroid levels need to be checked too. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
