There are many safe medicines are available in allopathy just you need to take medication under the guidance of a psychiatrist in close supervision. There is possibility of having few side effects when you start the treatment for few days as medication takes few days to adjust in body but such side effects can be avoided if medication doses tapper up slowly. Discuss your issue with your treating psychiatrist so that you dont have such side effects. All the best
